3Di Athletics: Stronger Together — Parent & Child Training Day
Spend the morning training side by side and strengthening your bond through movement, teamwork, and fun competition.
🏀 Father–Son Session
Led by Husain Abdullah, former NFL safety, this session focuses on teamwork, coordination, and athletic development through competitive drills and challenges that bring fathers and sons closer—on and off the court.
💪 Mother–Daughter Session
Led by Dr. Nurah Hemedia, DPT, FAAOMPT, CSCS, this strength and conditioning session blends movement, balance, and mobility to help moms and daughters move with confidence and connect through fitness.
